முழுப் பணமும் திரும்பும் சூழல்கள்When you get a full refund

• எங்கள் கணிப்பில் பிழை. லக்னம், நட்சத்திரம், தசை அல்லது கிரக நிலையில் சரிபார்க்கக்கூடிய பிழை இருந்தால் — முழுப் பணமும் திரும்பும். A calculation error on our side. If the ascendant, nakshatra, dasha or a planetary position is demonstrably wrong, you are refunded in full.
• நூல் வழங்கப்படவில்லை. உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்குள் நூல் உங்களை அடையவில்லை என்றால் — முழுப் பணமும் திரும்பும். The book never arrived. If it does not reach you within the delivery time we confirmed, you are refunded in full.
• தயாரிப்பு தொடங்கும் முன் ரத்து. ஜாதகம் கணிக்கத் தொடங்கும் முன் நீங்கள் ரத்து செய்தால் — முழுப் பணமும் திரும்பும். You cancel before we begin. If you cancel before the chart is cast, you are refunded in full.

இலவசமாக மீண்டும் தயாரிப்போம்When we regenerate free instead

If the date, time, place of birth or the name was given incorrectly, send us the correct details and the book is prepared again at no extra cost. There is no charge and no limit on this — what matters is that your chart is right.

திரும்பப் பெற முடியாத சூழல்What cannot be refunded

Each book is prepared for one chart and cannot be resold. Once a correctly calculated book has been delivered from correct birth details, it cannot be refunded on the grounds that you did not like what it said.

Requests are reviewed within 2 working days. An approved refund is returned by the same method you paid with, within 5–7 working days. For international cards your bank may take a few days longer, which is outside our control.
